These terms apply to your use of this website and to appliance repair services provided by Thrash Appliance Repair, a service of Thrash Digital LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By using this website or booking a repair, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We repair household washers, dryers, ranges, ovens and dishwashers in Rapides Parish, Louisiana and surrounding areas. Descriptions on this website are general and are not a promise that every problem can be repaired.
Hours and scheduling
Our regular service hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Visits outside those hours may be available for an additional fee, which we will tell you before you book. Appointment times are estimates and may change because of earlier jobs, weather or parts availability. We will contact you if we need to reschedule.
Quotes, diagnostic fees and approval
- We will tell you any diagnostic fee and any after-hours or travel fee before we come out.
- After we diagnose the problem, we will give you a price for parts and labor. We will not begin a repair until you approve that price.
- If you decline the repair, you may still owe the diagnostic fee and any applicable trip fee.
- If we find additional problems during a repair, we will ask for your approval before any extra work.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may accept cash, card and other methods we tell you about at the time of service. Parts that have been ordered specially for your appliance may be non-refundable once ordered.
Parts and workmanship
We will tell you about any warranty on parts or labor at the time we give you the quote. Manufacturer warranties on parts are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms. Repairs on appliances that are still under a manufacturer or extended warranty may affect that coverage, so please check before booking.
Your responsibilities
- Make sure we have safe, clear access to the appliance and the area around it.
- Secure pets and remove personal items or laundry from the appliance and work area.
- Tell us about any known hazards, leaks, gas smells or electrical problems. If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas company or 911 before calling us.
- Provide accurate information about the appliance and the problem.
Limits on what we can promise
Older appliances can fail again for reasons unrelated to our repair, and some repairs are not cost-effective. We will give you our honest assessment, but the decision to repair or replace is yours.
To the fullest extent allowed by Louisiana law, our liability for any claim related to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost income or the cost of renting replacement appliances. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Using this website
You may view this website for personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse it, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The name “Thrash Appliance Repair,” the site design and its content belong to us. This website is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Services you have already booked are governed by the terms in effect when you booked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, unless the law requires otherwise.
