What a visit costs
Simple, upfront fees
These are the only fees before a repair. Parts and labor for the repair itself are quoted after we diagnose the problem.
After-hours visit

Added to the service call for visits outside Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Labor for common repairs is a flat price. Parts are extra and quoted before any work starts. Anything not listed is $75 per hour, with a minimum repair charge of $75, quoted first.

How much is the service call and diagnostic?
It starts at $85 and depends on your location. When you call or text, we’ll tell you the exact fee for your address before we head your way.
Is the service call fee applied to the repair?
No. The service call covers the trip and the diagnosis. If you want the repair done, parts and labor are quoted separately and added after that. If you decide not to repair, you pay only the service call.
What does the diagnostic include?
We come to your home, inspect the appliance, find the cause of the problem and explain it in plain language. Then you get a price for parts and labor and your options, including whether replacing makes more sense.
Is there an extra charge for after-hours visits?
After-hours visits, outside Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, add $50 to the service call. We’ll confirm that when you book.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Inside Rapides Parish, travel is built into the service call. For longer trips beyond the parish, travel charges may apply, and we’ll quote them when you book, before we come out.
What if I don’t want the repair after the diagnosis?
That’s your call. You owe the service call fee and any applicable travel or after-hours charge, and nothing else. No repair work starts without your approval.

Labor for common repairs is a flat price, listed on this page. Parts vary a lot by appliance and brand, so we quote them after the diagnosis. Anything not listed is $75 per hour with a $75 minimum, quoted first. You’ll see the total before any work begins.
